In the U.S., Wessex Press engages the services of national book distributor, BookMasters Inc., Ashland, Ohio to deliver books to customers. When customers order a printed book or an instructor requests a desk copy, BookMasters packs and ships. For delivery in the U.S. and Canada, BookMasters generally ships by U.S. Postal Service (USPS) but also uses UPS and FedEx. For overseas delivery, BookMasters uses USPS but will accommodate requests for alternative delivery methods.

For deliveries in Great Britain, Ireland, and Continental Europe, Wessex Press engages the services of Naval and Military Press, Uckfield, Sussex, Great Britain. Shipping methods are Royal Mail and DHL.

Most Wessex books are also available as downloadable PDFs. Wessex secures its PDF files with DRM software. PDF files can only be read on a single device; they CANNOT be transferred to other devices. Also, customers CANNOT print Wessex's PDF files.

Wessex makes its textbooks available for reading online FREE for a 14-day trial period; students select which book they wish to read. Then, Wessex asks students to Pay-What-You-Think-Its-Worth for six month's access.
